Some special features in this project: New framing along the foundation; new frame for partition walls for bedroom, living room, bathroom, and laundry; box around all basement windows; re-frame stairs; create a closet for the bedroom; box frame around radon detector; new frame and new soffit around main I-beam; new thermostat for baseboard heater; egress emergency escape; waterproof floating floor; walkout door; stackable washer and dryer machines on laundry room; and finish job with Benjamin Moore paint.

Some special features in the Bathroom: Building niche inside shower wall; new Kick space heater under vanity sink; radiant heating tile on bathroom floor; new tile; new shower stall; vanity and medicine cabinet; finish job with Benjamin Moore Aura paint.
